Get connected to a senior engineer in under 2 minutes - no account needed, fully secure, and nothing stays installed on the machine.

When the fault turns out to be physical, the same engineer attends your office. You deal with the person doing the work from the first minute, not a queue.

$180/hr ex GST. One-hour minimum, then 30-minute increments. No call-out fee in metro Perth.

Remote IT support in Perth - straight answers

What can be fixed remotely, what it costs, and what happens to access afterwards.

What can you actually fix with remote IT support?

Most business IT faults are resolved remotely in the same session - Microsoft 365 and Outlook problems, mailbox and permission issues, printers and drivers, VPN and network configuration, slow or crashing endpoints, software installs and new-starter setup. What cannot be done remotely is anything physical: a dead switch, cabling, a failed drive or a machine that will not power on. Those get an onsite visit, usually the same day.

Is remote IT support cheaper than an onsite visit?

The rate is the same $180/hr ex GST either way, but remote is usually cheaper in practice because there is no travel time and work starts within minutes rather than hours. A one-hour minimum applies, then 30-minute increments. There is no call-out fee in metro Perth for onsite attendance either.

Is it secure, and does anything stay on the machine?

Yes, and no. The session is one-time and attended - you start it, you see everything happening on screen, and you can end it at any moment. Nothing is left installed afterwards and there is no standing access to the device. Businesses that want ongoing unattended access for patching and maintenance have that set up separately and explicitly.

Do I need a contract for remote IT support?

No. Remote IT support is available ad-hoc with no contract - call when something breaks and pay for the time used. If you would rather your staff had a helpdesk to contact directly, that arrangement is month-to-month with no lock-in.

Remote IT support anywhere in WA. Onsite attendance across Wembley, Osborne Park, Subiaco, Perth CBD and Joondalup - see onsite IT support.
